Free trial first

Every MintValt plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to that plan's features. You won't be billed until the trial ends, so you can explore everything and cancel before any charge if it's not for you.

7-day money-back guarantee

• We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• The money-back guarantee is limited to one per customer.

How to request a refund

Email support@mintvalt.com within 7 days of your first charge from the email address on your account, and let us know you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason, though any feedback helps us improve. We'll confirm by email once it's processed.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access to paid features until then. Outside the 7-day guarantee window, payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, but you won't be charged again.

Payments & processing

Payments and refunds are handled securely by Creem.io, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We never store your card details.
