Free trial first

Your first 14 days include every feature, whichever plan you later choose. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged when the trial ends, so there is no payment to cancel and nothing to remember. If it is not for you, simply do not subscribe.

14-day money-back guarantee

• We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge.
• We approve refunds as soon as we see the request. Your bank then returns the money to the card you paid with, which usually takes 5-10 business days and is out of our hands once sent.
• The money-back guarantee is limited to one per customer.

How to request a refund

Email support@mintvalt.com within 14 days of your first charge from the email address on your account, and let us know you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason, though any feedback helps us improve. We'll confirm by email once it's processed.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access to paid features until then. Outside the 14-day guarantee window, payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, but you won't be charged again.

Payments & processing

Payments and refunds are handled securely by Creem.io, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We never store your card details.
