Bitcoin's bad week.
Your investments are still $2,729.06 up.
Bitcoin is 11% below what you paid for it. Overall you are still up, thanks to a gold coin and an index fund nobody brags about at parties.
Prices update every six hours on their own, so there is nothing to refresh.

Where do you check on them?
Not often, if you are doing it right. When you do, every holding and its value are on both screens.

Before you add a holding.
Markets, gold, and where it all lives.

- Which markets can I add shares from?
- Twenty-eight, including the US exchanges, London, India's NSE and BSE, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Germany, France and the Nordics. A share listed anywhere else can be added by hand at your own price.
- How is gold valued?
- By weight and purity, the way a receipt states it. Enter grams, tola, troy ounces or kilograms and the carat, and it is valued at the day's price for the gold it contains.
- Do I need to set up an investment account first?
- No. If you have none, your first holding creates one called Investments in your main currency, which you can rename.
After a bad week, look at the whole picture.
Add your holdings, and see what they are worth against what went in. Get in line now, and start the day your invite arrives.
